Chelsey Williams

Chelsey Freeman Williams is a Talent & DEI Specialist, with over ten years of experience merging her passion for people, coaching, and equity. She actively brings her awareness and love of adult learners into every space she enters as a trained adult learning facilitator and designer. Her experience in recruitment, selection, DEI, and facilitation spans across multiple organizations and executive leaders. With a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology she is skilled in the full continuum of human resources, with a particular added lens towards liberation. Chelsey is far from new to the education space, having previously worked for Teach For America's National Human Assets Team where she designed and created resources to support equitable hiring, and facilitated sessions to strengthen overall recruitment & hiring processes and practices across the country. She is a former educator and district leader; these experiences have been pivotal in shaping her passion and career focus.

As of late, Chelsey has joined the technology industry and continues to share her knowledge and experience in the tech world as a DEI Program Manager for Meta. She resides in Houston, TX with two small children and her life partner, Jeremy. Chelsey is a lover of learning, growth, positivity, and authenticity. As she joins our team she's excited to combine her personal and professional passion for pursuing liberation while creating more equitable organizations that support the entire humanity of their people.
