EMBODIED LIBERATION
The Journey from Ally to Accomplice
You don’t need more information about racism.
You need the capacity to stay present when it shows up — in your body, your leadership, and your relationships.
Embodied Liberation is a 4 session experience for white leaders who are ready to stop centering comfort and start practicing responsibility — consistently, relationally, and with accountability.
This is not a training about being nice or saying the right things.
It is a practice of becoming reliable in moments of conflict, harm, and power.

What This Is
This is not awareness work. It is capacity building.
Most liberation efforts focus on awareness.
Embodied Liberation builds capacity.
This is a live, practice based experience designed to help you interrupt fear based patterns in real time, stay grounded when receiving feedback or facing harm, and take accountability without defensiveness, collapse, or withdrawal.
This work happens in the body, not just the mind — because systems don’t change until people do.
