Meredith Morelle

Facilitator

Meredith Morelle is a Facilitator at L4L and became a teacher in 2002 to work toward racial justice through education. She has experience as a practitioner and a leader at the middle and secondary school levels, in the non-profit sector, and in the federal policy arena. As the director of national programs for Kindred, Meredith supports parents, staff, and school leaders in partnering to co-design equitable, anti-racist schools that advance collective well-being.

Ms. Morelle earned her graduate degree in human rights studies, with a focus on racial justice, from Columbia University and holds a B.A. in broadcast journalism from American University. Meredith hails from Rhode Island but has long considered the Washington, DC area her home, and she is the lucky mom of two elementary school-aged children.
