A 12-week virtual cohort experience focused on developing leaders holistically to strengthen their emotional intelligence, heal from and dismantle white supremacy culture, build transformative relationships, and co-create a shared vision and action plan for a liberatory workplace culture. Cohorts open to the public will be available soon. Interested executives can still submit their application to secure their spot. Currently, we provide private cohort experiences for members of the same organizations.
